Through Cash :- Fee in cash can be deposited at our "Fee Counter"
Through Demand Draft/CTS Cheque:- Fee can also be deposited through Single Crossed
Demand Draft/SBI CTS cheque of requisite amount at our "Fee Counter"
Demand Draft/CTS cheque should be in favour of "DHRUV URMILA VIDYAPEETH"
Student must write his/her name and Unique No. on the back side of Demand Draft/CTS cheque
Please ensure balance in the account before depositing the Fee by Cheque. Cutting & Overwriting is not allowed
CTS Cheque should be issued from bank account of either student himself or his/her father / mother only (Third party cheque not allowed)
Incase of cheque return by any reason, student will not be allowed in class with immediate effect and legal action will be taken under the Negotiable Instrument Act. (Demand Draft/CTS Cheque Return charge Rs. 500/-)
Through Credit/Debit Card :- Fee can also be deposited at our Fee Counter by swiping Credit card/Debit Card
Through Net Banking:- Fee can also be deposited through Net Banking facility available at SBI e-collect
Through RTGS/NEFT : Fee can be deposited by filling details in RTGS form of any bank other than STATE BANK OF INDIA

Note:-

Conveyance Fee and Generator Fee will depends upon the rate of petroleum products, so can revised time to time
School Fee will be charged for 12 months (Apr. to March). No reduction is made for Holidays/Broken periods / Late Admissions
School Fee will be accepted from 1st to 15th of every month in "Monthly Fee Deposition Mode". After 15th of every month fee will be accepted With a fine of Rs. 2/- for day scholars - and Rs. 5/- for transport users on daily basis
The school Fee will also be accepted upto 15th of April in "Annual Fee Deposition Mode"
On Installment basis fee will be accepted upto 15th April as 1st Installment and 1st to 15th of October as a last Installment. After 15th October fee will be accepted with a fine of Rs. 10.00 for day scholars, Rs. 25.00 for transport users and Rs. 50.00 for Hostlers on daily basis
Fee Deposition Mode (e.g.- Monthly, Yearly, Half Yearly) and Facilities (e.g.- Day Scholar, Conveyance, Boarders) can't be changed during running session

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION

(i) A child must be "Toilet Trained" and should have the capacity to express certain feelings e.g. to go out for urine/potty.
(ii) Admission and Renewal is totally on the basis of "First come, First Serve".
(iii) Parents May deposit their fee etc. after inspection of annual result. Many new students are on the queue for admission. If parents don't show interest by last date of renewal, it will be presumed that they are no longer interested to continue their wards from new session.
(iv) Newly admitted students must be in their full school uniform and students must possess School Diary, Text Books, Note Books and Stationary etc. From 1st day.
(vi) Student/Parents shall be responsible for their belongings (i.e. vehicle, bag, mobile & helmet etc.) and DUV shall not take any responsibility of the same.
(vii) All legal matters subjected to MOTIHARI (BIHAR) JURISDICTION only.
