Important Instruction

• Please do not send your ward with any valuable article.
• Please ensure that the child must come to school in neat and clean uniform.
• Before availing the leave, leave application must be sent to the class-teacher/office. If the child is absent regular 10 days without any prior information the name of the student will be struck off from the attendance register.
• No discontinuation from the school transport during the session will be entertained.
• Do not miss school Assembly. Be punctual for school’s Assembly and class. It is compulsory for Teacher and students. Late comers will be returned home or will stay out of the class for one period as a punishment.
• Parents or Guardians are not permitted to take away their ward during class hours. No student will be granted a half day leave for the school without any serious reason.
• Absenting for Birthday party, minor religious ceremony, excursion, wedding, such leave of absence will not be excused.
• Pupils who are habitually late or who come to school shabbily dressed or without proper school uniform or books or copies as per class routine or advised by the teachers are liable to be punished or sent home back.
• Irregular attendance, Habitual idleness, disobedience or bad conducts injurious to school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student.
• No students are allowed to wear a casual dress during any occasion or School working days.
• Please do not come to the school in following way-unkept hair, unpolished shoes, dirty finger nails, careless unsociable attitudes, shabby uniform, full of lice on the head.
• Newly admitted students must be in their full school uniform from 1st day.
• Every pupil is expected to keep-up the good tone of the school by his/her good work, good behaviour and well discipline to improve yourself for betterment of the school.
• Name, Adm. No., Class, Section and Roll No, must be written on each and every article by the Parents to avoid missing of reading/writing and other materials.
• The school does not hold itself responsible in any way for loss of any valuable things including cash or ornaments brought to the school.
• All students must possess school diary, text-books, note books and stationary etc.
• Application for leave must be submitted a day advance duly countersigned by Parents/Guardians whose signature are on the admission form.
• School Identity Cards must be with the students on all working days.
• Any damage of the school property by the students will have to be relised by their parents/guardians.
• The school reserves the right to take severe action and even to struck off name from the school rolls of the students who are found guilty misconduct.
• 75% attendance is essential for promotion to the next classes.
• All Dues have to be cleared before a Transfer Certificate is issued.
• Transfer Certificate will be issued after receiving the applications.
• School Authority may ask, without prior notice to the parents to withdraw the child from the school on the ground of constant weakness in studies or those who fails in the class.
• Be courteous and cultivate good manners.
• Endeavour at all around development of the personality.
• Be in tune with eternal culture of India and enrich it with the study of modern Science and technology.
• The school reserves the right to revise the tuition fee and other fees according to Government’s Norms at the end of the session which will be notified before the start of the new session. But conveyance fee depends upon the rate of petroleum product and will be changed time to time according to the rate of petroleum.
• Required books & Exercise Books must be purchased latest by 15th April.
• All the dues upto Periodic and Terminal Examinations must be cleared latest by the starting day of the examination. Students will not allowed to appear examination if the dues are pending, what so ever.
• Parents are requested not to allow their ward to reach the school premises before 15 minutes or earlier. Children should utilize their valuable time in studies.
• The School will not be responsible if any incident takes place on the way after of before the school timing.
• For a healthy and purposeful interaction between the parents and teachers, a parent teacher meeting is organised from time to time the school. Parents, both father and mother are specially requested to attend the P.T. Meeting on inspection day of terminal examination’s answer sheets, to assess the progress of their child.
• Last Saturday of Apr, Jun, August, Oct, December and February will be closed for Staff Meeting.

  Skrits (Tunic square neek), School Tie, Belt, Navy blue socks, Black leather shoes (Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri)
  (ii) Std.-VIth-onward-Sky blue kurta, white salwar and white dupatta. (Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri)
• Wed :- Complete white set
• Sat :- House Dress (Only shirt According to House) with lower white set.

House:-

WINTER :- Navy blue V-Neck half/full pullover (no front open cardigan) or Blander and navy Blue Muffler of Scarf.

Examination

1. Two Terminal Examinations are conduct during the academic year for I-X

2. Four Periodic Tests are conducted during the academic year for I-X

Periodic Test will be conducted on last Friday of concerning months and that of the Saturday will be closed only for students to make their result. The answer sheet of monthly test will be shown to the parents with the answer sheet to nearest Terminal Examination.

• Parents are requested to visit the school within the schedule time (fixed by school time to time) to inspect the answer scripts of Terminal Examination of their ward so any short of error in the making or evaluation can be rectified in the presence of subject teacher concerned. No complain will be entertained after inspection days. Patents are also to be informed that no student will be allowed to inspect the answer script by himself/herself without parents. If any students will be found asking answer script without parents will be sent back home. It will be understood that parents of such students are not interested to know the progress of their wards.

Conveyance Facility

• It will be the responsibility of the parents to ensure that their children reach/back at the pick-up points well in time. In case of any problem regarding the bus time, the Principal may be contacted.
• Existing route will continue to ply. Changes in routes will not be entertained during the session.
• The bus may reach the bus stop 15 minutes earlier or later.
• A child should travel only on the route allotted and on no other route.
• Rude behavior like shouting and bullying in the bus is strictly prohibited.
• The bus should be opted for only at the beginning of the session. The school will not entertain request for change the facility during the session.
• Arrangements are made by the school for transportation of students at 100% parents expense and risk.
